In this 60-minute session, we incorporate the intentional use of breath to enhance your physical, mental, and emotional well-being, providing a safe space to release trapped emotions and stored traumas. 

This deep-breathing session may generate relaxation, relieve stress, promote restful sleep, shift and unlock unhealthy habits and patterns, and increase self-awareness.
