Testimonials
“When I asked you to be my mentor during this journey, I shared with you that I was drawn to your calming voice and nature. That calming spirit has been a healing influence for me as you have helped guide me through finding clarity in my past and my future. You are like the treasured pearl. Both symbolic of wisdom gained from experience and a valued treasure.”
“After receiving just one Breath-work session with Meagan, my head feels more clear and sharp. My heart is more calm and at peace. I now can work on areas of my life that I have struggled with from my past traumas. Meagan’s genuinely kind personality, enabled me to feel comfortable and relaxed during the session. I would highly recommend her to anyone! ”
“I set up my first zoom meeting with Meagan, because she was referred to me by a friend. Because of the positive interaction that I had during the first meeting, I decided to do the 6 weeks of sessions as well. From the very beginning, I knew that she was listening to me. She was really hearing what I was saying. She picked up on the things that were important to me, and what my goals were. And she always reminded me that I was the driver. I was in control. We would focus on whatever I felt like I needed to. It just so happened that our meetings coincided with a some very major life events, and she helped me to process everything in a healthy way. She helped me reframe what I was walking through, and have tools to process all of the emotions that came with it. First impressions are key, especially when you’re trying to work through problems and feel comfortable with someone. And my first impression of her is that she is kind, caring, authentic, and truly wants to help people.”
